Europe's only international art fair dedicated to contemporary Asian art is back at the Saatchi Gallery from 16–19 October 2025. Now in its 4th UK edition, FOCUS Art Fair will showcase work by more than 50 artists from across Asia and its diaspora, spanning countries including China, Japan, Korea, the Philippines, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Taiwan, and India.
This year's edition features over 30 galleries, from One
East Asia in Singapore to Hanmi Gallery in London and Seoul.
Highlighted artists for 2025 include two distinguished Korean artists: Meekyoung Shin and Jaejun Lee. Shin creates sculptures of Chinese porcelain and Buddha figures—but makes them entirely from soap, exploring ideas of impermanence and cultural change. Lee works with actual porcelain, mixing traditional techniques with contemporary forms and glazes to examine themes of repetition and time. Both artists bridge historical craft traditions with modern artistic practice.
The Philippines Centre for International Trade Expositions and Missions (CITEM) is presenting nine Filipino artists working across installation, figurative art, textiles, and experimental practices. The group is led by Luis E. Yee Jr. (JUNYEE - left picture), a pioneer of installation and environmental art in the Philippines who creates immersive, space-engaging works. Also featured is Pong Bayog, known for his detailed figurative pieces exploring the human form. The full lineup also includes Gus Albor, Demi Padua, Marrie Saplad, Raffy Napay, Dino Gabito, Russel Trinidad (Doktor Karayom), and Anna Bautista.

Kento Senga |
Japanese pop star Kento Senga from boy band Kis-My-Ft2 will show sculptures and paintings created through his 'FiNGAiSM' approach—a hands-on technique that emphasizes direct physical contact with materials. Each work captures the immediacy of touch, blurring the line between painting and sculpture.
Yi Crafts will showcase handicrafts from China's Bai ethnic minority, preserving traditional practices that are becoming increasingly rare. Their work bridges visual art with cultural craft traditions, adding a different dimension to the fair's focus on contemporary Asian creativity.
Founded in 2019 by Sungmin Hong and Jungwon Lee, FOCUS has built an impressive track record—hosting over 45 international exhibitions, welcoming 100,000+ visitors, and generating more than £10 million in sales.
