From Singapore to the Palais-Royal: Cuturi Gallery to Open in Paris

Kevin Troyano Cuturi brings his Singapore gallery to Paris this March, opening at 24 Galerie de Montpensier in the Palais‑Royal gardens — a location notable as the former home of Didier Ludot’s
vintage couture boutique.

Since 2019, Cuturi Gallery has championed Singaporean artists such as Khairulddin Wahab, whose work engages with memory and urban landscapes, and Faris Heizer, known for installations that explore space and medium. Through satellite exhibitions in London and participation in international fairs, the gallery has extended these artists’ visibility beyond Singapore

The Paris opening will feature the inaugural exhibition, Decadence and Decay, pairing Southeast Asian artists with French figures including Hubert Le Gall and Lionel Sabatté, the latter was recently awarded the 2025 Prix Marcel Duchamp. Curated by Deborah Lim, the show will investigate the theme of beauty as it shifts and decays, connecting art, design, and fashion.

Cuturi Gallery plans to present four exhibitions annually, each with a different curator. It's a model built on varied perspectives rather than house style—whether that registers in a market as established as Paris will be the test.
